I spoke to my publisher. We have 91 (almost 92) signed up. The publisher has agreed to go ahead and print a limited number of copies to fill the preorders and some over to sell.
So I want to thank everyone who has signed up for the prepay. In a few months, you should hear from the publisher about where to send your $12.50 advance payment, and when the book comes out later in the year, they will constact you for the rest and postage.
