I know there are some good blogs run by literary agents who help provide an insight into the publishing process - not least what works for them from a writer.

I'll suggest a couple of such blogs, and if anyone can add to the list that would be appreciated.

They shouldn't need to be SFF only agents, either - all agency blogs that deal with publishing issues useful for aspiring writers can be listed on this thread.
