Can anyone mention anything that doesn't have to do with marvel/DC superheros. I've been reading some hellblazer, which I really like.. and some Y: last man.. Darktower etc.. Also I've been trying to find some decent Sci-Fi and Fantasy graphic novels but haven't found very much browsing online.. so some suggestions in that area would be much appreciated too.

Thanks in advance.

Bit late but..hi Dresden, can you tell me what other stuff you are into, or are you specifically after sci fi and fantasy comics? If not, what TV shows do you watch, what are your favourite films, what genres in all mediums do you enjoy? The more I know in terms of your likes and also dislikes the better. I can then post some suggestions.

I hear Transmetropolitan is good. Been meaning to pick it up myself. The Preacher is fantastic. Watchmen. Maus. The Stand. All great.

Omphalos: Transmet is hardcore.

Dresden: You might want to try DMZ from Vertigo. It set in a near future Manhattan where the island has become a demilitarized zone in the 2nd American Civil War.

I second Preacher and Sandman.
