Are there any/would there be any interest in a ASOIAF IC roleplay?

Well I was wondering whether or not anyone knew of a place where people either took on the mantle of various characters, like Tyrion, Jaime, Cersei, Ned etc., and then roleplayed what if..

Or whether or not people roleplayed events before the book or after, or even during, changing results and such.

It's just something I'd enjoy doing, for fun sort of thing. I dunno how well it'd work.
