I'm trying (like the title says) to find an author of more than 1 or one little book! The 1 or one that I'm really trying to find right now is where there's a man in a gladiator-like ring or environment & he's up against this, like, giant of a man! & soon after the game begins he throws his sword and it kills the man. Then, he gets his freedom back and goes back home to his queen, who made sure that he learned how to do that which he did, the throwing of his/the sword.
Another 1 or one is where this guy finds himself in a world filled entirely with Neanderthals, except (of course) for this (beautiful) human woman and a panther? Which he kills! In the end, he finds out that the woman's father, mother, and her are/were French!
Another 1 or one is where this guy is captured by this government/country/whatever that kind of reminds me of the old Soviet Union, he seems very chivalrous like back in the British Middle Ages much so, and (of course) he meets this (beautiful) woman that is also captured! They escape with the woman's nanny-like person who was put in charge of her! It turns out that she wasn't raised communally by people who didn't love her like everybody else was, she was raised by her own mother! As it turns out, her father is now a pretty big honcho and somehow with his help they all get out of it alive and free? The girls get separated from the guy and the guy runs into a group of hardcore gang-like members?
I'm sorry! It's early in the morning (and I haven't gone to sleep yet) and so I hope that three of the books is okay/enough for at least one of you guys to recognize the author for me!
