I just got back from SoonerCon where I had a wonderful time.
More on that in another post. For the moment, I want to share news about Wandering Lark with all the prepayers.
1) Yard Dog Press is the publisher.
2) I will be giving them your email addresses--they will be contacting you about your $12.50 prepay.
3) The total cost of the book will be $16-$18 when it comes out. You will be required to pay the rest of the amount and postage when the copies are ready to ship.
4) At this time, publication will be in time for Dragon*Con where I will be a guest writer. For those who don't pay attention to such things, that is the first weekend in September...
5) After talking to the boss and the assistant, we agreed it would be better if I go ahead and get the novella Demon of Mallowprinted up and shipped to them, and when they ship the books, they will include the copies of DoM. That way you will have your bonus with your book.
6) Yard Dog Press will be setting up a prepay page so that those who did not get on the first 100 list but wish to preorder a copy will still be able to do so. Once the book is released, the preorder page will change to an order page.
7) The book will only be released in trade edition. YDP is not able to do HC at this time.
