Anne Francis, who played opposite the just departed Leslie Nielsen in the classic SF movie Forbidden Planet has died at age 80. I had a serious crush on her when the film was first released.

Wonderful actress in a great movie. I was too young to see it in a theater but the first time I saw it on TV I also fell for her. She was always interesting in anything I saw her in.
