Get Writing 2011 - 19 February

I never know where to put this sort of thing. Anyhow -

On Saturday the 19th of February the fourth Get Writing day will be held at the De Haviland campus of the University of Hertfordshire. Basically, it's a day-long event about writing, with talks, workshops and that sort of thing given by a variety of noted people (and me, lowering the tone). Last year's was a great success and at least one Chrons member was there!

I don't know if this can be put elsewhere to be of use, but it's well worth a look (although of course I am biased...).

Picking a sub-forum at random here... how about "Conventions and Events"? (Now moved, with my god-like powers.)

As an added incentive, I should add that I don't think they received many stories last year... at least that's the only explanation I can think of, since I came second...
