Danube disaster & Blackwood's "Willows"

This is probably the worst ecological catastrophe ever experienced in Central Europe.
Ten people dead.
"some of the human cost of the disaster might have been saved if the local residents had been properly informed of the nature of the chemical wastes accumulated in the MAL reservoir."
reminds me of the people who run this place, 2 officials for every single job so it ends up half-done and no-one specific to blame when their incompetence creates monsters like this one.

That is nothing new. I remember about eight or nine years ago, the same thing happened over there.

The news is one big disaster after another. It is better to never look at it, other than the local weather reports.
