Have I missed something about Penny Royal

Hi All.

I'm about to re-read The Technician, and wonder if I've missed any of the back-story between Amastad and Penny Royal. I picked up the impression from The Technician that there was a history between the two, and having re-read "Shadow of the Scorpion" and the short story in "The Gabble and Other Stories" I know Neal has introduced the characters previously.

Does anyone know if I've missed something, or is it just me?

You haven't missed anything. Amistad first appears in Shadow and Penny Royal first appears in the story Alien Archaeology in The Gabble.
