(As well as inspiring a completely different sort of discussion.) Ms. Elliott describes in great detail her ideas about worldbuilding and how she incorporates them into her writing.

Also, on a personal note: I bought your book today and am looking forward to reading it. I started right there in Barnes and Noble standing in line to check out... Good stuff so far!
