Hiding under your bed.
Given that I'm a lover of Erikson's series before all others. I've decided to steal an idea from the GRRM board and start a Malazan trivia game.

So to start us off:

What was the name of the Kenyll'rah demon granted freedom by Trull Sengar?

I'm all for it

except....
GRRM amount of named characters are still somewhat manageable
Erikson though....

The list is soooooooooo huge.

Granted it is a large list of characters. But the people asking the questions will probably remember the same characters as those who have to answer so it will all balance out in the end.

Any takers on the first question:

What was the name of the Kenyll'rah demon granted freedom by Trull Sengar?

I know for a fact that the answer is ridiculously easy to find.

But as a helper for those who find it difficult to keep track of the sheer number of characters/events, here's a useful site.

Will this take long?
No, it won't

(conversation between two women in memories of ice at the siege of Coral)

Think this one is easy enough.

Picker and Blend?

Changed my mind! I think it is Picker and Lady Envy, when Lady Envy is about to heal someone / kill baddies?

yeah, it's the latter, right before that particular group of malazans gets almost completely ripped to pieces. Your turn.

Someone steals something in the third book ... what was it?

Edit: I hope there are not multiple thefts in Memories of Ice ...

I'm really bad at games like this and haven't done a re-read of any of the books yet so am probably imagining I know the answer.... so total guess;

Was it Picker (pickler? you know the malazan sargeant) stealing that arm band thingy?

Didn't Picker/Blend/Topper?/Others steal a table from Caladan Brood? Or am thinking of the wrong book?

Yup, that's it! The arm band thing was meant to ultimately go to Gruntle, but Picker did buy it fair and square. You're up, Chaoticheart.

Edit: Topper wasn't there, it was just a rag-tag collection of Bridgeburners.

:)

A simple one for now:

What was the name of the slave trader who enslaved Karsa and Torvald in HoC?
