Help for a Geography diss student, 2 mins of your time.

A young lady I know is doing her human geography degree dissertation at the moment and could do with a hand, she has produced a very short (nine tick box style questions or so) questionnaire on what it means to be English/national identity. She only needs people who have lived in England or live in England to respond (at this stage at least) and no personal questions are asked (unless you find a general age bracked personal.)You don't even need to provide a name or E-mail address.

I'm not English so I can't help but what is human geography?

If she can, I'd suggest rewording the last two questions. It's not clear whether they're meant to refer to the respondent's perception of English identity in the population (or even the world) as a whole, or the respondent's sense of his/her own English identity, and the two can be very different.
