Looking for The Education of the C'moi

I am looking for an older short story with the subject title (not sure of the exact spelling) that involved an encounter between humans and an extraterrestrial society that had a VERY rigorous education program for their young.
Any information as to the correct Title and Author, and any collections or anthologies that included the story would be appreciated.

I recently asked this question myself (with a lot more details) on another site, and got it answered, then I looked through here to see if anybody had ever searched for such a story in Chronicles.
