Torchwood, undercover, goes to the overflow camps where they find a shocking revelation to those marked Categories 1 or 2. Meanwhile, Captain Jack attempts to convince Oswald Danes to expose PhiCorp's advanced knowledge of the Miracle in front of a televised audience. Gwen returns to Wales to set her dad free, Rex poses as an injured man, Esther & Doctor Juarez meet the mysterious Colin Maloney.

I thought this was the best episode yet. I saw it back-to-back with the next and this was so much more tense. I didn't know about Vera in advance and was shocked by that. I do like a TV series that isn't afraid to do that. I don't want to spoil it so just watch it. Under the circumstances though, this is surely the only solution to the problem the world faces? It does make you question things rather that just sit and watch.
