Who is Alton Lannister?

I just saw on IMDb, that 'Alton Lannister' is going to be played by Karl Davies in the second season.
But I can't recall a character named Alton. Is he one of Kevan's sons renamed, or some other relative?

The people working on season two will know, but I think the rest of us will have to wait until the character appears on the TV. (I've not heard anything about this character other than who is playing him.)
