Does anyone here know where I might find some of Dick's poetry? I've looked through used/rare book resellers, and I can't find so much as a mention of any of his collections. Any help in finding any of these would be much appreciated:

"The Above and Melting" (1966)
"An Old Snare" (1966)
"Why I Am Hurt" (1966)
"My Life in Stillness: White as Day" (1983)
"On a Cat Which Fell Three Stories and Survived" (1987)
"Hey, Dumb Little Girls"(1988)

"Hey, Dumb Little Girls" was published in the book "The Dark Haired Girl", which you'll find on eBay. The other poems are hard to track down. The original publications are listed here. "On a Cat Which Fell Three Stories and Survived" was reprinted in the PKDS newsletter #13.
