That sounds most interesting to me. Has anyone else here read any of his work?

I see there are a few titles available from Tartarus Press.

My main thought is that I wish I had read something by him to offer a comment. I do haunt a couple of other forums devoted to older works of fantasy/horror, and Sarban's stories are well thought of in those forums. While The Sound of His Horn seems to get the most attention, both The Doll Maker and Ringstones are appreciated and occasionally discussed.
