Whilst parusing the selection of Robert Aickman's books that they've brought back into print, I noticed that these guys have a lot of interesting books in their catalogue, some authors I've not heard of and others that I have but don't seem to be widely available elsewhere.

I have the following:

Aickman, Robert: Dark Entries
Aickman, Robert: Powers of Darkness

And I've just ordered:

Samuels, Mark: The White Hands

But I've also got my eye on:

Hughes, Rhys: Worming the Harpy

I have only been able to land the following:

Hugh Walpole: Tarnhelm: The Best Supernatural Stories
L. P. Hartley: The Collected Macabre Stories
Arthur Machen: A Fragment of Life, The Green Round, The Secret Glory, The Secret of the Sangraal & Other Writings, Dreads and Drolls
Robert Aickman: The Collected Strange Stories
Oliver Onions: Ghost Stories

There are many, many others I'd like to have, but financially it just isn't possible....

You might also want to look into Ash-Tree Press, which has put out some marvelous things in the weird realm....

You might also want to look into Ash-Tree Press, which has put out some marvelous things in the weird realm....

They are putting out a large number of e-books, now, many of them reissues of print works they had sold out of, but also works like The Two Sams and The Book of Bunk by Glen Hirshberg that had been issued by other publishers.

I missed that novel by Hirshberg when it came out and I'm kicking myself that I don't have an e-reader. Not entirely sure I want one, but Ash-Tree's offerings are a strong argument for me putting aside some money for one.
