Need help finding a fantasy book

All I can recall about the book is that it's about a world where people are battling against some evil and some have the ability to walk in dreams. Fights occur in both dream state and the physical world. Any injury sustained during dream state will be reflected on the physical body. The protagonist has the "dreamwalker" ability (I'm quite sure they don't call it the dreamwalker ability in the book, though I might be wrong) and there was some part about a warrior priest/monk order where they fight in "dream form" and they are equipped with white armor, shield cape and all (might have swords with white fire somewhere there too). That's all I can remember about the book and as I read it around 5 years or more ago :/ I know it's really little to go by but I do hope someone out there recognises the warrior priest/monk order with white armor in dream form because it's the most vivid thing I remember about the book.

Hopefully someone out there can help me as I have the "read but still missing out on an awesome book" feeling, if anyone gets what I mean! Thank you in advance to all who took time to read this!

Are you talking about The Knights of the Thirty? in a few of David Gemmell's Drenai series.

I read through some synopsis of books from the Drenai series and I think that's it! I was reading a lot of David Gemmell and R.A. Salvatore then. Now I know why I know why my memories of the "book" is so messed up. It's a series of books with different storylines set in the same age. I know they were not dreamwalkers, it was astral projection haha! Thank you so much!
