I bought it, but only watched it once. Some images were very effective (the well or cistern or whatever it was) but most of it made not enough sense. It reminded me a bit of Nausicaa, but, apart from animation quality, I didn't think it was anything like as good.
Not as good as Ghibli, for sure, but not bad. It's one of those that will need a few watches to disentangle.
