Looking for author/title of 1970's book

Hi, Read a book in the 7o's whose hero was, I believe, a psychologist who had developed a method of interrogation based on movement/music. He falls foul of the powers that be and winds up with some rebels who hide out by miniaturising themselves. Anyone got any suggestions?

Not a clue. The first thing that comes to mind is Star Dance but that definitely isn't it.

I've read this one also but sadly can't remember the title etc. I know that during interrogations they all wear identical red jumpsuits with one way red visors to all be alike. They move back and forward in a particular pattern that does a mental lock and compels you to speak the truth
