Newer Robot Books

Anyone know of any newer books about robots? I just read "Robot Dreams" by Asimov and found it extremely clever. I'm looking for something a bit newer though... maybe written in the past 20 years?

Not quite within the last 20 years (at least, the earlier ones), but you might want to look into Rudy Rucker's "Ware Tetralogy":

While robots are not the main focus of his stories, Banks' Culture books have many artificial citizens, drones and minds. You might give them a try.

Version 43 by Philip Palmer is an interesting one, although arguably a cyborg tale.
