Let's throw in name of a character in ASOAIF and the next player should find another name that starts with the last letter of the former.

i.e.

Jon Snow- The ******* of Winterfell and 998th Lord Commander of the Night's Watch

Willas Tyrell- Lord Mace Tyrell's firstborn son and heir to Highgarden

and then the games play ever on and on till the names get overused etc.

This is a game that me and my friends would play along with bottomless flagons of beer after a long day at work, often held on Friday nights. We found out that names of famous people are easy and animals and fruits are challenging but it kills the game too early.
