Game of Thrones word count by chapter

I figure somebody somewhere must have published a word count for each of the chapters in Game of Thrones.

Does any such reference exist online?

I'd presume so, but if not, I'll have to set one up myself.

(And then do the same for Joe Abercrombie's books!)

A quick Google found a post by someone who has worked out the average word counts for the different POVs in the first book, but no list of word counts for individual chapters:
