Just came across the Book View Cafe. Trad published author's co-operative for bringing out their work in eBook format - both backlist and new work.

Further thought to moderators - and do feel free to point out where it already exists and I've missed it
- would a pinned thread on places to buy books, especially books directly from publishers including small press and folks like Book View Cafe be a good idea?
