I couldn't find another thread on her, have any of you heard of this writer? She's a canadian writer of historical novels who was previously a classically trained actress. She has a series out right now based on a family during the reigns of Henry, Edward, Mary and Elizabeth. I havn't read them all and made a mistake by reading the third book in 'The Queen's Captive' but I found it to be engaging, personal and at times a fun read. The series does rely heavily on referring back to previous books though. Anyone read any of these?
