Looking for an Alien forest book

Hi,

This is my first post, and as a non native english speaker, I apologize for my bad english.

This is not about a book that I had read, its about a book I want to read.

I am looking for a book where we could find humans on an alien forest, something simmilar to Jack Vence's Titan, or even related to the movie Avatar.

Does anyone knows other books with this subject?

Chris Beckett's Dark Eden. Not only a forest. but it's a sunless world where the only light comes from the vegetation. Excellent book, too.

Sheri Tepper's Grass. Excellent book and although there's more grass on the planet than forest, there are also forests with an ancient city in the branches of one.

Alan Dean Foster has a couple set on a forest planet you might like. "Midworld" and one of the "Flinx" books, "Mid-Flinx", set on the same world.
