Dungeon Siege III is out on Xbox, PS3 and PC tomorrow.
A short launch trailer has been put out to celebrate the impending release, about 30 seconds of gameplay footage which you can take a look at on YouTube.
It shows off the four heroes of the game, including the woman duel-wielding pistols, attempting to save the land of Ehb from a horde of the usual dungeon crawling nasties.
Smooth online co-op play is a major part of the experience in the third Dungeon Siege, with a four-player online mode adventurers can drop in and out of at will. A two player local co-op option is also present for the main campaign.
The campaign will attempt to court some depth and not just be endless beastie bashing by introducing decision making with consequences, the developer claims. (Like should you hit that ogre over the head, or attempt to break his foot?)
Feeling an adventurous itch to splash some cash on a dungeon delver tomorrow? If so, DS3 retails at £34.99 on PC and £49.99 on consoles, although you’ll get it for at least a tenner under the RRP in the latter case.
