Bethesda has revealed that three add-on packs for Fallout: New Vegas are due to be released one after the other in the next three months.
The downloadable content packs are known as Honest Hearts, Old World Blues and Lonesome Road, and all will be released simultaneously on Xbox, PS3 and PC.
Though the first pack, Honest Hearts, will actually come out a day later on PS3, after it launches on May 17th for Xbox and PC. This DLC takes you on an outing to the wilderness of Utah’s Zion National Park, where you’re ambushed by a bunch of tribal raiders.
Before long, you find yourself in the middle of a war between tribes, with the moves and decisions you make determining what happens to Zion.
Old World Blues will be out in June, where the player becomes a lab rat in a science experiment, discovering how some of the Mojave’s mutated beasts have come into being. The choice is whether to search for the technology to take revenge on your kidnappers, or join with them to fight some manner of bigger threat.
Lonesome Road will come out the following month, with this DLC involving a courier mission that leads you into the depths of the hurricane-swept and earthquake-marked canyons of the divide.
No one has ever returned from the Godforsaken place, not even Fedex’s finest. And believe us, they can hurl parcels marked fragile at mutant monstrosities with the best of us.
It all sounds like good post-apocalyptic adrenaline pumping fun, with each DLC episode coming in at the £7.49 mark (or 800 MS points).
