Thor movie trailer unleashed

A trailer for the movie, Thor, has been released and is spreading across the net.

The film of Thor is based on the Marvel comic of the same name, and the Paramount feature will be out in May of next year.

The cast includes some big names, such as Anthony Hopkins playing Odin, and Natalie Portman as Thor’s love interest, with Kenneth Branagh directing.

It looks pretty promising, just take a look at the trailer on YouTube. Apparently the film will also be shown in 3D, although it’ll be an adapted three dimensional version, with the original shooting being in plain 2D. So how the quality of that will work out, we shall have to see.

However, Thor is definitely one flick we’re pencilling in to our popcorn schedule for next year.

I watched this for the first time over the weekend and whilst i did find it entertaining, I thought it was pretty weak overall. I also thought that Thor doesn't seem to be to involved in the whole MCU as much as the others. He's big in the Avengers Assemble, but that's it really. Only the Hulk seems to be less important.
