The Beeb has made some sketchy details available about its Christmas special (don’t worry, it’s not much in the way of spoiler material).
The Xmas special episode is entitled A Christmas Carol, and stars the Doc (obviously) and both Amy and Rory, who are trapped on a crashing space liner.
The only way the good Doctor can rescue them is to deal with an old miser, Kazran Sardick, the richest man in Sardicktown (played by Michael Gambon). Opera singer Katherine Jenkins will also appear in the episode, as a character called Abigail Pettigrew.
