Paradox Interactive has recently released the Sword of the Stars: Complete Collection.
This package is a compilation consisting of the original Sword of the Stars game, and all three expansions: Born of Blood, A Murder Crows, and Argos Naval Yard.
Sword of the Stars is a large-scale space strategy game which has been praised in some quarters as an underrated gem.
Set in the year 2405, it lets the player take up the mantle of one of four galactic races (in the basic game, that is – the expansions introduce two more).
The idea is then to research technologies, build up your fleet, and conquer the galaxy through might, or trade and diplomacy.
Sword of the Stars: Complete Collection offers a range of single player campaigns, as well as multiplayer with co-op scenarios.
The compilation pack also comes with a new bonus scenario thrown in for good measure. You can pick it up for 29.99 Euros.
