With the second half of the season already started in the US, UK viewers will need to wait until next Tuesday the 13th April for it to start on Sky One.
However, already the filming of the second has started in Vancouver, Canada a favourite place for science fiction TV productions.
With a second series comes new guest stars and one storyline running though the series is that of the one enemy left to Stargate Command the Lucian Alliance.
Somehow, they have managed to discover the existence of the Destiny and how details of the crew on board, could there be a spy on board?
Robert Knepper (Prison Break) and Julie McNiven (Mad Men) will join the cast as members of the Lucian Alliance in a couple of long running stories that cover several episodes.
