David Allen
It would appear that Sam Worthington is either seriously hot property or is just signing up for almost every science fiction film as they are announced.
The latest film that the actor is being connected with is the Warner Bros version of Dan Dare: Pilot of the Future, for anyone that does not know, Dan Dare was the British attempt at cashing in on the success of Busk Rogers during the 1950’s.
The comic rights to Dab Dare have been Virgin Comics, but now Warner Bros are in the driving seat. Maybe this time there is a real chance that Dan Dare will finally appear on the big screen after such a long waiting on the sidelines.
There is no firm plans for Dan Dare yet, so there is a long way to go before we see Dan Dare at the movies.
