When a series like Battlestar Galactica ends it can leave a big hole in fans lives, even though the show is repeated and there are spin offs too, but it is never quite the same.
The studios must be feeling this too as NBC is teaming up with the internet game designer Bigpoint to produce an online game version of the science fiction show.
The game is expected to be full of special effects to go in with the theme carried throughout the TV series.
The good thing is that the game is based on the recent series and will be played directly through the computers browser.
How good that will be remains to be seen although Bigpoint are very experienced in producing this type of game.
The game will be demonstrated at the Game Developers Conference 2010 later on in the year.
