The voice of Leonard Nimoy is fairly distinctive after all you can always tell when it is him doing the voiceover for his animation in The Simpsons and Futurama.
Maybe this is why he has been asked to play the role of Mr Spock once more, but not in a movie but for Star Trek Online.
Some may argue that the more recent portrayal of Spock by Zachary Quinto would have been a better voice to use as it clearly relates to today’s audience, but Leonard Nimoy is classic Spock he voice has that familiar tone known to millions of fans.
According to Atari, Leonard Nimoy will be playing the role of Spock in key scenes and events within the game, which goes into open beta in January.
