Anyone who has not taken piracy seriously should know about Gilberto Sanchez he is a 41 year old man from New York, nothing unusual about that!
But before the release of X Men Origins: Wolverine in the cinemas he was arrested for selling copies of the film by the FBI.
His case goes to court today and if found guilty, there is probably little chance that he is not going to found guilty! Then he could be looking at a maximum fine of around $250,000 or double the revenues lost by him selling the film and up to three years in prison.
If that was not enough to put you off then, what about this, a writer on Fox News admitted to have downloaded the film through Bittorrent, he lost his job!
