Joshua Jackson is a famous face on TV, but so far, he is probably more famous for playing the part of Peter Bishop in the hit US science fiction series Fringe.
However, just in case there are any sci-fi fans out there that have not seen Fringe, Joshua Jackson is going to become even more well known to a British audience, in the latest TV show to hit the big screen, UFO.
It may come as a surprise to UFO fans, but Joshua Jackson will be taking on the role of Paul Foster, whereas in the TV show it was Straker the SHADO commander, who was the American.
SHADO is the earth’s first and last line of defence against aliens that come to earth and harvest humans for body parts.
UFO will begin filming early next year.
