There is a recurring nightmare that one day robots will take over the world. We have seen this in many films most notably the Terminator franchise.
It seems that Doubleday and DreamWorks have forked out for an unpublished story written by the author of the 2005 novel, How to Survive a Robot Uprising the eminent PhD Daniel H Wilson.
The story is called Robopocalypse and it follows the world as a robot uprising begins, there is little more known about this story, simply because it is unpublished and therefore means that we could be in for an interesting surprise or two in this film.
It would be nice to see a different angle on the robot takes over the world story and this is a chance to create something completely different.
