As the author of Altered Carbon, it should come as no surprise that Richard Morgan is in demand but this time it is not the publishers, it is Electronic Arts otherwise known as EA that want to harness his talents.
According to the writer who announced this news on his site richardkmorgan.com. He has been retained by the games developer to work as a consultant on three unnamed games, which is very intriguing to say the least.
Therefore, what is the cyber punk writer doing with EA; well there is the mention of travelling to Germany, which could mean Starbreeze.
Nevertheless, the obvious choice if we have to go for a project has to be Crysis, this is because Starbreeze have been rumoured to be involved in the next version of cyber punk related game.
