With the Black Widow being played by Scarlett Johansson in the nest Iron Man film, it would seem a waste of time not to give the Black Widow another chance in a run of comics.
The Black Widow is a super siren from Russia, she is a spy and most of all with the assistance of her poisonous stingers she is of course quite deadly.
Now Marvel are to produce Black Widow: Deadly Origin, which is going to be a four part mini series written by Paul Cornell, with the art work being done by Tom Raney and John Paul Leon.
Like all super heroes she was first heard of before WWII and yet does not look a day older, which is the benefit of being a character that is regularly reborn.
The Black Widow: Deadly Origin first issue will be available in November.
