The PC game Shattered Union follows a terrorist attack on Washington DC, this leave the US in a state of turmoil and without leadership, a civil war follows as separate States and regions attempt to form new governments.
The story is a bit like Jericho in way and so it comes as no surprise that Shattered Union could be heading for the big screen with the help of small screen legends, Jerry Bruckheimer and J. Michael Straczynski.
The game was originally created by PopTop Software and 2K Games division Take Two, back in 2005. This was never one of those high flying games that literally fell off the shelves in its millions. However, it is the topical storyline that has the potential of taking Shattered Union from the PC to the big screen.
