It is funny how podcasting sort of reached a height a while and then seemed have faded away as a format for obtaining different sorts of files.
However, one market that embraced this technology and has pushed it to new levels in the publishing sector, in a similar way that some music tracks are provided free of charge, authors are also giving their material away as download.
One such author is Mike Luoma, he is giving away his latest science fiction work Alibi Jones as free download form podiobooks.com, and the audio version of this work has also been narrated by the author, which adds more depth to story.
