Flashforward has only been on the air a few weeks and already another “Vision of the Future” series is on its way in the form of Paradox from the BBC.
With a heavy hitting team in the shape of Tamzin Outhwaite and Emun Elliott, they could be the UK’s Mulder and Scully who task it is to investigate a phenomenon where images are apparently beamed from outer space.
The images are in small pieces but when compiled appear to predict a future disaster that could have devastating effects on the world.
Unlike Flashforward where the visions are from six months into the future, the Paradox prediction takes place in just eighteen hours.
The title would suggest the team charged with investigating the event have a choice to make, prevent the event from happening and risk creating a paradox.
There is no indication as to when this show is likely to be aired.
