One of the most important British science fiction characters, Dr Who has fans throughout the decades, in fact for every decade there has been favourite Doctor that sticks with throughout their life.
However, one actor has played the role longer than any other has and he is Tom Baker, his voice and the way that the Doctor was portrayed sticks with us forever.
Therefore, now the time travelling adventurer has launch his own official website tom-baker.co.uk, this website covers all aspects of the actor’s life, but had a lot of information on the role that he played during the 1970’s.
It is not just that either, because recently Tom Baker returned to the role of the Dr in the new radio audio drama, Dr Who, the Hornets’ Nest. This is what makes him the senior Doctor an accolade that is not likely to met by anyone else.
