Normally when top director Steven Spielberg plans his next movie, the industry and fans all begin to take notice, but the directors next film is going to be a remake of the Mary Chase play, Harvey.
Yes, that is the one with the extra large rabbit, which is a figment of the main character, Elwood P Dowd’s imagination or so we would think.
However, you cannot write Spielberg off, he has this knack of seeing more in a story than most of us can, which is why he has had the amount of success that he has over the years.
The previous film version was made back in 1955, it starred James Stewart, who is another person who could do nothing wrong.
It will be interesting to see the how they approach this film and more to the point what the audience thinks of it.
