The science fiction and fantasy publishers are opening an online store at tor.com; this is a clever move by the publisher as it makes available many titles that would normally have been difficult for readers to obtain.
However, unlike other publishers that have taken the online store route, tor.com will be offering material produced by other publishers too.
As expected the store will only be stocking science fiction and fantasy titles, giving the buyer access to a wide range of material from and even wider range of sources.
Initially it is believed that there will be around fifteen thousand titles for sale, this is expected to expand over time, there will also be a wide range of science fiction and fantasy DVD’s for sale, further boosting the sites potential.
