A fun game from my Facebook group. I challenge you to explain a plot in haiku format. Let's not separate it from character. A couple of examples I did myself:

Princess, born in clouds
Comes down to the earth to live
Among changed folk

and

The Lord Prince, I was
Who in combat did die, true
But I got better, really

Basically, anything goes, no matter the genre or specific focus, holding to the traditional 5/7/5 rule for syllables per line.

Walked leagues, dodged evil,
Burgled dragon, stopped a war.
(Just a side-show, though...)

Walked leagues, dodged evil,
Changed mind, but fate intervened.
Never healed, sailed West...

Here's a couple of easy ones for you to guess (using 5/7/5 syllables, not words)

Clownish visitor
. . . . . . . Stealing kids in the deadlights
Beep! Beep! Silver kills.

and...

Words take fishy form;
. . . . . . . Beware! Ordovician!
It will eat your mind.

Any guesses?
