I'm a long time fan of Asimov, and especially like his short stories.
I was having a conversation with a friend, when he told me about the Asimov short story he likes the most - about a kid that goes to many schools, and keep failing, and trying to learn all kind of things, and how he grow up and needs to solve all kind of problems, and need to use all the things he learned to solve it. At the end he becomes a teacher.
Well, sorry for the very confused description, but that's what I have
I wonder if anybody recognize this story?
When I heard his description I was sure it's "Profession" (one of my most loved short stories), but he insisted it's not profession...
Thanks in advance to any idea or thought
